Bombardment change?

   As you may assume, this is in regards to the hunter talent, Bombardment. The way it currently works, is that when you critically hit with multi-shot, the focus cost of the next multi-shot is reduced by 25% per point in Bombardment, up to a total of 50% or 2 points. Since it is hard for us to get a high crit chance with current heroic dungeon gear, or normal raiding gear, it doesn't proc often if we are hitting ~4-5 targets.

   With the changes to how the paladin ability, divine storm, and the changes to the warrior ability, whirlwind, will work, I thought something along the line for MM hunters. To clarify, the paladin ability, divine storm, will generate holy power, if it hits four or more targets. The warrior ability, whirlwind, will have the cooldown reduced to four seconds, down from ten, if it hits four or more targets. Why not a similar change to the way multi-shot works for MM hunters? If Bombardment would reduce the focus cost of multi-shot for hunters, if it hits four or more targets, we could be a bit more competitive with aoe scenarios. On top of that, dare I say, increase the critical strike chance of multi-shot. Survival already pwns in aoe scenarios, why not give the same possibility to MM.
